Prior to joining Visionary, Jacobs served as an AV designer engineer for a prominent commercial integration company, where he gained invaluable experience working closely with Visionary’s cutting-edge technology. His deep understanding of audiovisual systems and his passion for customer service make him an ideal fit for his new role. Jacobs will support Visionary’s customers through technical support and troubleshooting, systems design and integration and technical training.
