Industry veteran Lisa Peng to lead Visionary’s sales efforts across Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Nordics and Iberia
Santa Barbara, Calif. (August 4, 2025) — Visionary, a leading global innovator in the AV-over-IP industry, has appointed Lisa Peng as Regional Sales Manager for Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Turkey, the Nordics and Iberia. In this role, Peng will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening business relationships across these strategically important regions, collaborating closely with Visionary’s distribution network and systems integrator partners.
Peng brings more than two decades of international sales and business development experience across multiple industries, including IT and AV. Her background spans leadership roles in sales, purchasing, marketing and business development throughout Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Europe. Peng’s diverse background and deep channel experience position her well to help Visionary expand its footprint and strengthen relationships with partners throughout the region.
Before joining Visionary, Peng served as Europe Sales Manager for IPEVO. In this role, she successfully pioneered IPEVO’s European channel strategy, transforming a direct-to-consumer business into a scalable channel-driven model. Prior to that, she was a Business Partner at Cicho Tech, where she facilitated cross-regional business development by connecting Asian IT companies with strategic partners in Europe. She played a critical role in supporting Asian technology brands entering the European market by securing relationships with local distributors, resellers and system integrators.
Earlier in her career, Peng held leadership positions at GIGABYTE and other multinational companies, where she led market entry initiatives and established local offices throughout Europe. In addition to her business career, Peng is a published columnist with articles featured in Business Week, Business Today, UDN News, China Times and HK Economic Times.
